“Services” includes JadeVanityGaming.com and its related projects, content, tools, and communities, including JDTracks, the JVG Codex, guides, reviews, creator features, SCUM resources, the Interactive Atlas, Quest Suite, downloadable files, game-server pages, Discord communities, Twitch and YouTube content, merchandise links, website tools, APIs, and future JVG Studio or APEX-related services that reference these Terms.

3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, technology, or community practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell, license, mirror, or commercially exploit JVG content without written permission.
- Bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, data-mine, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the Services or ignores published restrictions.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Jade Vanity Gaming, impersonate staff, or use JVG branding in a misleading manner.
- Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity.
6. User and Submitted Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to a feature intended for publication, display, review, or community sharing, you grant Jade Vanity Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content for operating and presenting the Services.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights. We may remove or decline submitted content at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Jade Vanity Gaming owns or licenses the original design, text, graphics, logos, databases, software, tools, code, videos, audio, artwork, layouts, and other content published through the Services.
Game names, screenshots, trademarks, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party games or services do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation.
Linking to publicly available pages is permitted. Republishing substantial content, distributing JVG downloads through another source, removing attribution, or presenting JVG work as your own requires prior written permission.
8. Music and Media Licensing
JDTracks music, audio, lyrics, artwork, visualizers, videos, stems, samples, and related media may not be reused, synchronized, sampled, redistributed, uploaded, monetized, or incorporated into another work unless a specific license or written permission allows it.
Attribution alone does not grant permission. Licensing questions should be submitted through the contact page.
9. AI-Assisted Content and Automated Use
Some graphics, concepts, writing assistance, prototypes, or other materials may be created or refined using artificial-intelligence tools and then reviewed, edited, or directed by a person. AI-assisted material is provided under the same disclaimers and usage restrictions as other JVG content unless stated otherwise.
You may not use JVG content, private data, downloadable resources, or community submissions to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, retrieval system, or competing content service without prior written permission.
10. Downloads, Tools, and Game Resources
Downloads and tools may include ZIP archives, images, JSON, configuration files, quest files, databases, editors, server resources, or other digital materials. They are provided “as is” for the stated purpose.
- Back up your existing files and configurations before importing or replacing anything.
- Confirm compatibility with your game, server, host, software version, and operating environment.
- You are responsible for reviewing settings, permissions, security, and consequences before deployment.
- Game updates, hosting changes, third-party modifications, or platform changes may make a resource outdated or incompatible.
Unless expressly stated, downloads do not include ongoing support, warranties, guaranteed updates, or guarantees against data loss, downtime, bans, conflicts, or server instability.
11. Game Servers and Community Rules
Game servers featured, operated, supported, or documented through the Services may have separate rules, staff structures, ticket procedures, moderation systems, and enforcement standards. Those server-specific rules apply in addition to these Terms.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, Discord moderation, game-server suspension or bans, loss of access to community features, or other reasonable action. Server staff decisions may be reviewed through the server’s published ticket or appeal process when available.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third parties such as Fourthwall, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, X, Instagram, Facebook, Steam, SCUM, hosting providers, payment providers, or other platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Jade Vanity Gaming does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, pricing, moderation, data practices, fulfillment, or decisions.
13. Merchandise, Purchases, and Affiliates
Merchandise purchases are generally processed and fulfilled by a third-party commerce provider. Payment, taxes, production, shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the provider’s checkout terms and policies.
Some pages may contain affiliate, referral, sponsored, promotional, or partner links. When applicable, a disclosure will identify the relationship. Purchases made through such links may result in compensation to Jade Vanity Gaming without increasing the price you pay.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing sufficient identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Services when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, community safety, suspected abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may also discontinue or change a Service without guaranteeing continued availability.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JADE VANITY GAMING DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND COMPATIBILITY.
Guides, reviews, server information, technical resources, and recommendations may become outdated or may not apply to every configuration. You are responsible for independently verifying important information before acting on it.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JADE VANITY GAMING AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, STAFF, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, ACCESS, GAME ITEMS, SERVER AVAILABILITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jade Vanity Gaming and its operators, staff, contributors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires another forum. These Terms do not require arbitration.
20. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms and incorporated policies form the complete agreement regarding the Services and replace prior terms covering the same subject.
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without written permission. We may assign them as part of a transfer, reorganization, or change involving the Services.
