Oversees the technical systems behind Taste The Magic, including SCUM server configuration, Discord administration, WhalleyBot integration, website development, automation, and quality-of-life improvements. Also assists players with technical support and helps keep the community's systems running smoothly.

Use the Ticket System
Support requests should be submitted through the official Discord ticket system so the correct staff members can review the issue and maintain an accurate record.
Respect the Team
Taste The Magic staff members are community members and volunteers. Please communicate respectfully and avoid repeated messages while a request is awaiting review.
Allow a Reasonable Response Time
Staff availability may vary. Every properly submitted request will be addressed as soon as an appropriate staff member is available to assist.

Each profile may display an availability status such as Active, Limited Availability, On Leave, or Appointment Only.
Staff Conduct
Staff are expected to remain fair, respectful, professional, consistent, and confidential when handling reports.
Official Staff Notice
Staff will never request passwords, Steam credentials, payment information, or private account access.
Before Opening a Ticket
Include your in-game name, Steam ID (if applicable), screenshots or video, and a clear description of the issue.
Support Priority
Urgent server-breaking issues should be reported immediately. Routine questions and reports should use the standard ticket process.
