It does not govern independent third-party platforms, websites, storefronts, games, payment processors, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

Merchandise transactions are generally processed by the applicable storefront or payment provider. Jade Vanity Gaming does not normally receive or store complete payment-card information.

Discord communities, game servers, support tickets, moderation systems, and community events may create records needed to operate the community. These records may include usernames, platform identifiers, player identifiers, ticket messages, reports, screenshots, videos, incident details, moderation actions, and technical information.
Information submitted for a particular server or community may be accessible to authorized staff responsible for support, moderation, appeals, security, or technical operations. Do not submit passwords, payment information, private account credentials, or unrelated sensitive information in a ticket.
9. Downloads, Tools, and Technical Logs
Interactive tools, editors, APIs, databases, or downloads may generate temporary technical information such as requests, browser data, errors, feature selections, or local preferences. Some tools may store preferences locally in your browser rather than transmitting them to Jade Vanity Gaming.
Unless clearly stated, public downloads do not require an account. Hosting providers may still record standard access and security logs when a file is requested.
